Use of the App
Pomomento is provided for personal productivity and focus management. You may use the App for lawful purposes only.
You are responsible for how you use the App and for any outcomes resulting from its use.
No Guarantees
Pomomento is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Pomomento is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Data & Privacy
Your use of Pomomento is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.
System Integrations
Some features may integrate with Apple system services such as notifications, Screen Time, or Live Activities. These features are optional and require your permission.
Pomomento cannot control the behaviour of Apple's system services outside of the App.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Pomomento offers optional subscriptions and one-time purchases.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription
Pricing and availability may change. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomomento and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
